• Creating New Opportunities: You’ll source and generate leads, helping to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Engaging Prospects: From cold calls to email campaigns and social media outreach, you’ll engage new clients and spark interest in our solutions.
• Building Relationships: By understanding clients’ needs, you’ll offer tailored solutions that showcase IRIS’s value.
• Managing Pipelines: You’ll keep track of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Working with our sales, marketing, and product teams, you’ll contribute to strategies that drive results.
• Staying Industry-Savvy: You’ll stay informed about industry trends and market insights, always looking for new opportunities.
• Performance Reporting: You’ll provide regular updates on your progress, sharing insights with our management team.

• Initial Interview and Online Assessment: If shortlisted, we’ll arrange an initial interview with a member of our Talent Team and send you an online assessment to complete.
