There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel – the international payroll and compliance market leader.The positionAs one of our Sales Development Representatives, you’ll be playing a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments. You understand the impact that you’ll create on the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the wider sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding. Sell our great Saas Payroll & HR product to UK MM customers.What you’ll doLead Generation:Drive PaySpace’s growth through outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads into opportunities and closed businessQualifying Leads:Conduct high-level conversations with prospects to identify their needs and qualify their interest in PaySpace’s products and servicesDevelop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touchpoints, and the handoff to an Account ExecutiveAppointment Setting:Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team with qualified prospectsConduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are setCRM Management:Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM systemFollow-Up:Execute targeted follow-up campaigns to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnelMarket Research:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activitiesCollaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation and qualification processesLearn from our seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech StackWho you are1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related fieldExperience in HR tech or fintech would be a plus!You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convertYou have experience selling into the UK&I market across various customer segments and industriesStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitudeSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteHigh energy and enthusiasmStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teaYou are a native English speakerThrive in a global remote team environmentLocated in the UK or elsewhere in EMEA, within GMT +/- 1 hour time zoneTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
