While much of this role can be done remotely, we expect team members to be in the office weekly to foster collaboration and team spirit.What is the role?As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Kamma, your goal is to drive growth by generating high-quality discovery calls with UK lettings agents. You will leverage phone, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to build a strong sales pipeline. We’re looking for a motivated SDR with 1-3 years of sales experience who is eager to progress to a BDM role. In the first 6 months, the focus will be on proving the ability to generate leads and excel in the SDR function. If successful, there’s potential to take on full responsibility for end-to-end sales within a specific deal value.What you’ll be doing:
