Specializing in crafting custom-tailored mobile solutions for Fortune 1000-class companies across diverse industries, we’ve earned a reputation for excellence and positive impact in delivering exceptional digital experiences for major brands.Role Overview:At Atimi, the Sales Director holds a pivotal position in our company’s journey towards continued success. You’ll start as an individual contributor reporting directly to the President and be responsible for achieving targets of $10M+ per year. As a seasoned sales professional, you’ll be instrumental in driving our business development forward, focusing on the sale of mobile app development services, along with associated desktop web and backend solutions, catering to a diverse corporate clientele.Compensation depends significantly on sales performance.   • Stay abreast of industry trends and third-party offerings that could be incorporated in our solutions.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity, providing feedback to the leadership team.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies in a quantitative way to drive business development and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate CRM.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Manage, track, and report on budget allocation.
  • Be involved with hiring and reviewing sales support staff.


  • Participate in development and improvement of sales materials.
  • Leverage your impact by developing and maintaining personal relationships within Apple/Google and other partners for referrals and references.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with prospects and customers as appropriate


  • Collaborate with sales support teams to respond to opportunities.
  • Generate RFP responses.
  • Negotiate MSA’s and SoW’s.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

What You Bring:Experience

  • 10 years of senior sales experience, with at least 5 years selling only services (not counting services when sold as part of product), preferably in the mobile application space.
  • STEM bachelor’s or higher degree, ideally in software development.
  • Some coding ability (especially in mobile application or full stack development) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, such as developing sales materials and proposals with generative AI such as ChatGPT.


  • Deep interest in technology, especially in phones/tablets and apps, as shown by being knowledgeable about app market trends and issues including third party offerings.
  • An inquisitive mind, wanting to learn about the issues important to various industries.
  • Ability to generate trust from prospects and clients through real understanding and being able to offer solutions to their issues.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Makes few or no errors in final work product.
  • Excellent business acumen and technical competence.
  • High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and resilience.
  • Proactive with strong decision-making skills and creativity.
  • Willingness to travel (typically throughout North America) on average once per month.
