If you are confident, eager to support the growth of a global sales team, and enjoy building engaged communities around training and learning, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.As a key support function in our Sales Enablement Team, you will help deliver impactful onboarding, training, and content that empower our global sales teams to succeed. You’ll play an instrumental role in supporting the smooth execution of sales enablement initiatives, with a focus on coordination, logistics, and content management.What You Will Do:Sales Onboarding and Training Coordination:Provide admin support for organizing, scheduling, and managing sales onboarding and training sessions.Send calendar invites, manage scheduling conflicts, set up GChat spaces for new hires, and enroll new hires on Highspot.Conduct 1:1 sessions with new hires to ensure smooth onboarding.Assessments and Feedback:Design and evaluate e-learning courses on Highspot.Provide timely and constructive feedback to new hires and generate reports for managers.Internal Communications:Support internal communications for training sessions, newsletters, and project documentation.Ensure information is clearly communicated to relevant teams.Content Management:Administer the Highspot, ensuring it’s up-to-date and organized.Audit, update, and refresh onboarding assets.Coordinate with SMEs and cross-functional teams for content reviews and co-authoring.Team Collaboration:Work closely with trainers and facilitators to continually improve the onboarding and training experience.Be an active participant in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Sales Enablement team.Monthly Cadence Decks:Create, manage, and coordinate monthly cadence decks to align the Sales teams on key initiatives and milestones.What You Bring to the Table:Experience: 2+ years of experience in providing administrative support, content management, or project coordination, preferably in a sales, sales enablement, or training role.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and comfortable learning and using new technology tools.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to build rapport, engage with stakeholders, and manage cross-functional collaborations.Organized & Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.Problem-Solving: Comfortable navigating challenges, finding solutions, and suggesting improvements to existing processes.Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a commitment to the overall success of the team and company, capable of working independently and as part of a team.Nice to Have: Experience with Highspot is a plus and experience with training or facilitation is an asset.About ApplyBoardApplyBoard empowers students around the world to access the best education.
