V7 is used to power AI’s rollout at Fortune 500 organisations including Bayer, Boston Scientific and Genentech.Take a tour of our latest product in a 1 mon video, introducing V7 Go :About the role:You will be leading a team of up to 6 x Account Executives and 3x SDRs responsible for driving revenue through the entire scales cycle across V7’s product range across all segments globally. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth from new logos, building repeatable use cases and evangelising the adoption of AI.In this role you’ll dive headfirst into putting AI to work. From working closely with leading household brands to integrate AI into their business critical operations to assisting AI-native startups as they bring disruptive products to the market. It’s a role where collaboration is key-you’ll work hand-in-hand with marketing, customer success, partnerships, and engineering teams. We’re serious about support; you’ll have all the backup you need to close deals, ensuring you’re always on the cutting edge of where tech meets business.What will I be doing:AI evangelist: become a trusted advisor on V7 products, educating customers and partners on the transformative potential of our AI solutions in the multi-modal era while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.Team Management: you will nurture , coach, develop and manage a team Account Executives and SDRs (Sales Development Reps) selling cutting-edge solutions, pushing the boundaries of what technology can achieve in solving business problems. You’ll be responsible for setting ambitious goals in line with V7 strategy and fostering an environment where they can be met.Hiring: identifying and recruit top tier talent who not only possess exceptional sales skills but also embody a deep understanding and passion for AI technologies. You’ll assess the existing team dynamics, identify skill and experience gaps, and strategically recruit to fill these needs, enhancing team diversity of thought and innovation from within.A PG mindset. Pipeline generation is everything, but you know that already. You’ll have GTM enablement, Marketing, SDRs and all the tools you could wish for. It’s you as a leader that makes the difference though, so we expect you to be a PG stalwart.Data: Report to executive and board level on revenue forecasting and sales activity. More than just reporting, you’ll provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations that enhance our sales processes and boost productivity. With a tech stack that includes Hubspot, Gong, and Outreach, you’re well equipped to create data driven impact.Cross functional partnership: Orchestrate effective collaboration across Customer Success, Product, and Solution Engineering to maximise customer value and drive continuous product improvement based on tight feedback loops.Wha are we looking for:Track record of selling disruptive technical SaaS solutions to senior technical buyers (CTO/CDO/CIO).Team quota attainment you or your team have performed at the 10%-20% of the sales organisation level, successfully selling across segment, SMB to Enterprise, typical deal sizes sold $30,000 – $100,000 ARR.You have demonstrated a keen interest in the frontier of AI, including the applications of Large Language Models and GenAI.People leadership: strong commitment to nurturing, coaching and developing your reports at the same time being accountable for performance targets. You know the importance of being a talent magnet.
