We’ve just completed construction of a new state of the art dealership in New Westminster to meet the ever growing needs of our business. • Provide exceptional leadership and manage and grow an effective sales team
• Exceed key profitability, sales volume and customer service metrics as outlined by the General Sales Manager
• Actively assist product advisors with closing transactions
• Be responsible for hiring ‘A’ player Product Advisors to fill out the sales team
• Perform daily one-on-one meetings with Product Advisors
• Hold weekly sales training sessions with Product Advisors
• Hold monthly performance review and goal setting sessions with Product Advisors
• Perform live coaching with Product Advisors
• Analyze traffic numbers to look for key opportunities in improving sales process
• Analyze lease and finance portfolio database as well as service customer database to look for sales opportunities
• Maintain strong knowledge of entire Toyota lineup as well as current manufacturer programs

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

• Clean drivers abstract
• Mid to senior level management experience will be an asset
• Strong desire to achieve results
• Demonstrate high levels of persistence
• Incredible work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Great customer service skills
• Team oriented person
