With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, we are looking to grow our sales team by hiring an experienced Sales Manager with a solid background in industrial automation.Role Overview:As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business across the UK & Ireland, focusing on OEMs and system integrators. This role is predominantly new business-focused, and you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers in a variety of industries. The role is remote, offering flexibility to manage your own schedule while contributing to the overall growth of the business.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a new business sales strategy for the UK & Ireland, focusing on OEMs and system integrators across sectors such as manufacturing, energy, automotive, and more.
• Identify and target new business opportunities with potential clients in the industrial automation space.
• Promote our range of industrial automation solutions, ensuring a tailored approach to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and insights into market trends to senior management.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate new business leads.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in industrial automation sales, particularly with OEMs and system integrators.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial automation systems, including control systems, PLCs, robotics, or similar technologies.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for new business development and sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing your own sales pipeline.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK & Ireland industrial automation markets across multiple sectors.
• A successful track record of generating new business and closing sales in a competitive market.
