There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel – the international payroll and compliance market leader.About YouYou thrive in unstructured environments and bringing order to chaosYou are as excited about defining what to build as building and delivering training and enablement itselfYou are a “student of the sport” and spend your own time learning about the latest trends and best practices developing in SaaS SalesYou have first hand experience in a high growth organization in this enablement capacity focused on sales process and executionResponsibilitiesLead a team of SMB Account Executives focused on selling to companies between 1-200 employeesAttract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and growDrive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goalsCoach, manage and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvementDevelop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the teamActively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditionsReport to Head of Sales – North America, and work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, CS, and MarketingRequirements3+ years leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in a transactional, short sales-cycle competitive SMB marketAbility to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation and/or project management of sales initiativesDemonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPI’s, the frequency and impact of these root causes and your recommendations to double down or course correct as neededAnalytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision makingAbility to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashionExcellent written and spoken communication skill in English and GermanTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
