Sales Order Specialist

A Well-Known security and lock supply company located in Phoenix, AZ is looking to add a Sales Order Specialist to their team. This is a great Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that believes in employee retention, growth opportunities, and rewarding hard work.

In this Sales Order Specialist position, you will be interacting with existing customers, primarily by phone and email, to increase sales of the Company’s products and or services by obtaining and up-selling orders and adding value to the customer’s buying experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Obtaining orders, verifying and entering the, transferring to fulfillment, and explaining expected delivery dates
• Calling, email and communicating with existing customers to obtain new orders (inside sales)
• Increase orders by upselling/suggesting related items
• Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotes
• Review open customer order reports and take action on open items

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in sales (in person or telephone)
• Customer Service experience – you will be communicating with customers in person, over email, and telephone
• Proven track record in meeting company sales goals
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Proprietary CRM software
• Must be tech savvy – able to work on computers all day and navigate between programs.

Pay:
 

• $20-$22/hr
  • Eligible for pooled commission once hired on (after 90 days)

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8a-5p
