Sales Oversight SpecialistGrade 4 Permanent37.5 hours per weekField based / Remote£34,000 per annum and up to 10% annual bonusGrade 4 – Implementation of project activity or provision of specialist advice within a given policy framework as either technical/operational specialist or team leaderThe role in a nutshell: Support Sales and Marketing Oversight Manager in ensuring we maintain sufficient regulatory oversight of all TFS UK and Mazda Dealers and suppliers of regulatory productsA bit about the ‘Department’: We focus on the compliant delivery of all TFSUK sales through the Toyota and Lexus Networks and third party Redline partners. We support the sales process through a rigorous process of training, monitoring and oversight whilst developing our people to support with the requisite due care, skill and diligence.Key experience for this role:

  • Experience of working in a large Dealer Group or Motor Finance organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain Centres’ FCA Register and update on quarterly basis to ensure appropriate oversight of our Partners’ continuing regulatory status and escalate any business risks identified
  • Support Line Manager in:
  • Investigation of any Dealer risk events
  • Investigation of any risks identified during reviews with TIS and all insurance suppliers
  • Review and development of relevant eLearning modules and liaising with relevant SMEs for sign off
  • Implementing an enhanced Dealer review and oversight monitoring regime for all brands
  • Review data in Sales Compliance Monitoring Plan and highlight any continuing metrics of concern to Line Manager
  • Review metrics and prepare Sales Monitoring Oversight Compliance Monitoring Plan for submission to quarterly Conduct Risk Committee
  • Monitor completion and content of Centre Quarterly reviews by performing sample checks and provide support to Sales Team where required
  • Monitor Point of Sale new users across the Centre Network in line with TFS/ LFS/MFS/Redline training requirements matrix escalating areas of non-completion both internally and to relevant Partner
  • Maintain internal compliance logs ensuring updates to PowerBI- escalate to Field Team as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with both TGB Academy, Mazda Shinka and TGB Mystery Shop function.
  • Support delegate selection and provide necessary admin support for Masters Program and attend modules as requested.
  • Obtain and monitor complaints data from Network on quarterly basis liaising with Customer Relations to identify any trends and highlighting as appropriate

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of the processes involved in the sale of Consumer credit and General Insurance products
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Understanding of retailer processes beneficial.
