In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates for various sales roles across Europe
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, referrals, industry events, and creative outreach methods, to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Proactively network and build relationships with potential candidates, fostering their interest in Samsara and our mission.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple requisitions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand their team’s needs, goals, and the specific requirements of each role.
  • Employ data-driven strategies to track key metrics, analyse pipeline health, and optimise sourcing effectiveness.
  • Focus on building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines, reflecting Samsara’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges related to hard-to-fill roles, developing creative solutions and implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Meet and exceed hiring targets while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our recruiting processes.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to create, measure, and optimise recruitment workflows.
  • Demonstrable experience sourcing niche talent within limited talent pools.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting with a focus on metrics and results.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with a focus on team success.

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience working for a fast-growing US tech company operating in EMEA.
  • Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools.
