In this role you will:
Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates for various sales roles across Europe
Utilise a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, referrals, industry events, and creative outreach methods, to identify and engage passive candidates.
Proactively network and build relationships with potential candidates, fostering their interest in Samsara and our mission.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple requisitions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Partner closely with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand their team’s needs, goals, and the specific requirements of each role.
Employ data-driven strategies to track key metrics, analyse pipeline health, and optimise sourcing effectiveness.
Focus on building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines, reflecting Samsara’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Proactively identify and address challenges related to hard-to-fill roles, developing creative solutions and implementing data-driven improvements.
Meet and exceed hiring targets while maintaining a high bar for quality.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our recruiting processes.

Minimum requirements for the role:
5+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Proven ability to create, measure, and optimise recruitment workflows.
Demonstrable experience sourcing niche talent within limited talent pools.
Data-driven approach to recruiting with a focus on metrics and results.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with a focus on team success.
An ideal candidate also has:
Experience working for a fast-growing US tech company operating in EMEA.
Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools.
