Title: Sales RepresentativeIndustry: Automotive, Trucking, TransportationLocation: Montreal, QCPosition Status: Full TimeWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, (Remote)Compensation and Benefits: 80,000 – 100,000 CAD/year based on experience, RRSP program, Competitive Medical and Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Company Phone, Car AllowanceThis position is only open to residents of Canada who have legal work authorization.About our client who is hiring for this position:Evlv is currently working with a Truck Repair company that is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to oversee their Quebec and Eastern Ontario operations.Our client is the largest independently Canadian owned reefer mobile service provider in the industry with 90+ service trucks and mechanics in their fleet. Their service technicians have extensive professional experience and are eager to assist their customers.The right candidate has the following soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends
- Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to work independently
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and French) is a must
- Valid Driver’s License is a must
- 3-5 years Experience in a sales professional or similar role, preferably in a regional capacity
- Knowledge of reefers, heaters, trucks and trailers an asset
The responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that align with sales goals
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Maintain and develop relationships with current customer base
- Provide expert advise on fleet maintenance and repairs
- New customer and revenue growth across the province of Quebec and eastern Ontario including Ottawa
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
