Sales Representative – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $20/HR
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a Sales Representative for a full-time, direct-hire position, located in Portsmouth, NH. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing existing accounts and building new relationships to drive sales of Motorola radio products and services. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Generate sales leads and pursue opportunities within a designated territory.
• Communicate product value and address customer needs.
• Conduct sales presentations for potential clients.
• Visit customers on-site to assess their needs and promote products.
• Analyze customer behavior and industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Maintain customer records using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotes, specifications, and sales documentation.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and track commission reports.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A proactive, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Entry-level sales experience (preferred but not required).
• Experience using QuickBooks, CRM software, or Microsoft Teams (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of two-way radio systems, including P25 (preferred but not required).
