As a Sales & Sustainability Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, safety, and recovery processes in our store. • Expected start date: 13th October 2024.
• 8 hours weekly, weekend only.
• Working hours are between 7am – 9:30pm

• Experience of working in a customer- and commercial-oriented business.
• Open to change and a high level of flexibility. High ambition to work in a team.
• Ability to take personal initiatives.
• Ability to prioritise and organise personal work duties to make the most efficient use of time available.
• Creative with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of the IKEA product range.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY• Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, through Re-Shop & Re-Use.
• Present and Sell IKEA products in Re-Shop & Re-Use using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride, and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the business.
• Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.
• Represent and be an ambassador for product recovery, quality, and safety awareness in the unit.
• Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that common working routines and
processes are followed related to product quality, safety and recovery.
• Support and execute the product quality and safety related tasks in the unit to constantly improve customers’ product quality perception of our IKEA products.
