As one of the largest, most sophisticated spirits markets in the world, the UK offers significant potential for our portfolio of premium brands. We’re building a world-class team to create a new and exciting business that is rooted in strong foundations, led by our values and long-term commercial ambition. This role will provide support across the Sales functions, which will give a great insight into the Commercial world at Suntory Global Spirits UK. This is a new role that an individual can make their own and be an integral part of an inclusive, winning team.Role Responsibilities
- Provide general, meaningful support, coordination and administration for the Sales team.
- Manage department budget and PR/PO process for the team, which will require a deep understanding of programmes and spend.
- Assist in planning and coordinating sales events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
- General Administration duties (e.g. Invoice Administration, new vendor forms, tracking administration).
- Manage the Sales Director’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and manage client meetings, including logistics and follow-ups where requested.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Work closely with other departments, assistants, and facilities to ensure alignment and support for the Sales Team.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Sales teams in a similar role
- Knowledge or interest in the spirits industry
- Knowledge of London (accommodation, transportation etc)
- Communication

- Problem solving and proactive – taking accountability for tasks

- MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
