As our Sales Team Lead you will oversee a team of 6-10 Sales Account Managers within our renewals team. Responsibilities include conducting one-to-one meetings, managing team performance against activity KPIs, analysing performance behaviours, and coaching team members. The role also involves leading training sessions and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop processes that enhance team efficiency.Requirements

  • Experienced in Sales, having at least 1-2 years of short Sales cycle selling.
  • Experience in leading Salespeople: whether as a mentor or a formal leadership role.
  • Passionate about building a high-performing team and committed to supporting the development of the people within it
  • In the detail and able to identify and communicate trends in performance
  • Sociable, with a desire to work in a company with a great culture.
  • Not afraid of a challenge, rather, you are looking for one!
  • Working with our merchants, helping handle any managerial escalations from your team, including complaints.
  • Working on projects with internal stakeholders throughout the business to improve Sales processes and help your team sell more, more efficiently!
