Sales Training Specialist IIDo you have knowledge and experience in serving the Research and Discovery community?Are you excited by the chance to empower sales to reframe customer perception of value, disrupt the status quo and lead with insight?Location: Home BasedAbout our TeamThe Learning and Performance team serves a global Go To Market community, we develop and deliver a curriculum of blended learning content, we strive to continuously evolve our approach and are focused on delivering an excellent learning experience capable of accelerating performance.About the RoleWe are looking for a sales performance coach who has: Demonstrated success in sales throughout their career Certification in coaching or a strong background in effectively coaching sales performance improvement and implementing change Expertise in integrating adult learning and instructional design principles into sales training Possess strong skills in stakeholder management be adaptable, agile, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to effectively meet the dynamic needs of the sales organization. You will take ownership of designing and delivering blended learning programs and content for a number of high-profile projects. These will be within our organization that focus on enhancing the skills and capabilities of our Go To Market community. Your role will focus on creating impactful, engaging, and scalable blended learning experiences capable of driving revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesDesigning and facilitating effective sales skills and sales performance training sessions in both face-to-face and digital classroom settings that drive successful adoption of Challenger at each stage of the Sales Cycle: Prospecting, Needs Analysis, Solution Development, Customer Evaluation and NegotiationDelivering new starter onboarding workshopsImplementing best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles to create high-quality instructional materials. These include e-learning modules, videos, presentations, job aids, and post learning implementation plans.Utilizing the Challenger sales methodology to develop and deliver product training to sales teams across blended learning channels.Providing ongoing guidance and support to front-line managers and sales teams to ensure post learning implementation plans are successful and achieve long term behaviour changeDesigning assessments and facilitate accreditation programs that benchmark skills, measure learning and identify patterns in areas for improvementWorking with shared input to ensure roles, responsibilities, content creation, timelines, testing and delivery is coordinated and documentedRequirementsDemonstrated success in sales throughout their careerCertification in coaching or a strong background in effectively coaching sales performance improvement and implementing changeExpertise in integrating adult learning and instructional design principles into sales trainingPossess strong skills in stakeholder managementBe adaptable, agile, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to effectively meet the dynamic needs of the sales organizationWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
