The maintenance mechanic role will consist of identifying and resolving equipment issues (specifically pasteurization machines), troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, supporting manufacturing operations as needed, and some facilities maintenance work.  

What we are looking for:

Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role (food industry preferred)

• Troubleshoot equipment failure, mechanical/electrical issues on day-to-day basis.
• Adjust, repair, or replace the correct part using power or hand tools as appropriate.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance if needed.
• Monitor production for any physical, mechanical, electrical improvements/changes/repairs.
• Respond to maintenance/facility emergency situations in accordance with departmental protocol.
• Work and assist with implementing and following preventive maintenance (CMMS system) schedule.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position where you will receive great hands-on training with the supervisor and on-going mentorship to grow your skills.
