Sanitation Technicians needed at a family-owned snack company in SE Portland!

This is a full time temp to hire opportunity where you will support production with food safety by cleaning, sanitizing and staging equipment used to manufacturer food products. This company supports with hands on training and lots of opportunity to grow.

In addition to English, some of the languages spoken here include Vietnamese, Spanish and Chuuk. Safety meetings are always translated into multiple languages so that everyone can receive proper training. 

At least 6 months of sanitation experience required.

Sanitation Technician Duties

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and facilities using approved cleaning agents, methods, and tools.
• Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.

Sanitation Technician Requirements:

• Previous experience handling food or working in food sanitation is a plus
• Ability to stand/ lift/ bend for 8 hours a day
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds

Schedule: Day Shift 6am-3pm 5 day work week vary including weekends

Pay: $20.65
