The RoleThis position is responsible for daily activity of the prepping and scanning of client data under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor.We are looking for 5 team members for this role.Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of items for scanning.
• Scanning and QC of hardcopy data using A4/A3 and large format scanners.
• Rebuilding files post scanning.
• Input of data in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Use initiative to identify any improvements or efficiencies.
• Advise Scanning Supervisor of issues requiring attention.
• Comply with all company policies and all relevant data protection legislation to ensure:

o Our clients and Team Members’ sensitive and personal information is protected and processed in accordance with the law.o Our Team Members’ and clients’ rights under the legislation are fully protected.

• Adhere to all company policies and complete all mandatory training modules.
• Report any potential or actual security, environmental or health and safety incidents to your line manager and / or the OASIS Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them.
