In this
Scheduling Manager
role, you will be responsible for managing and directing the activities of the scheduling department.
This is a direct-hire opportunity in the Phoenix area!
Scheduling Manager Job duties:
- Revise standard operating procedures
- Ensure appropriate staffing to accommodate workflow
- Track and manage PTO time for the scheduling department
- Order supplies for the department as needed
- Enter new starts into their CRM
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Scheduling Manager
Job Requirements:
- Recent 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Have previous experience managing a team of 5+
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Basic computer skills in Excel, outlook and Microsoft
- Must be reactive and have the ability to problem-solve
