In this
Scheduling Manager
role, you will be responsible for managing and directing the activities of the scheduling department. 

This is a direct-hire opportunity in the Phoenix area!

Scheduling Manager Job duties:

• Revise standard operating procedures
• Ensure appropriate staffing to accommodate workflow
• Track and manage PTO time for the scheduling department
• Order supplies for the department as needed
• Enter new starts into their CRM

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Scheduling Manager 
Job Requirements:

• Recent 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Have previous experience managing a team of 5+
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Basic computer skills in Excel, outlook and Microsoft
• Must be reactive and have the ability to problem-solve
