- Graduate of a Medical Office Assistant program or equivalent. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the internet
- Demonstrated data entry speed and accuracy of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (45 WPM), with less than 1% error rate.
An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Skills and Abilities

- Exceptional client services skills.
- Ability to adapt to stressful situations in a high-pace environment.
- Ability to work independently and participate as a positive member within a multi-disciplinary team.

Asset
- Experience in a healthcare clinical environment that involved interaction with patients and the public
- Experience with electronic patient charts (EMR) and electronic information data systems
- Knowledge of population health and Cancer Screening Programs.
- Experience working in Screening Programs.
Other
- Must have satisfactory employment record
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Ability to speak French is considered an asset
