Part of the success relies in our ability to develop strong and ambitious partnerships with key Brands & Retailers to support them in monetizing all of their b-stock (returned, defective, end of life products) via our platform.As part of the team, the Seller Success Manager will have the full responsibility of these high profile accounts and will contribute to the overall business by enabling their growth and retention.YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

• Take charge of a portfolio of sellers – mostly positioned on non-Smartphones categories – and including global brands like Samsung, Dyson, KitchenAid, and SharkNinja
• Own their Sales, Quality, Adoption, and Satisfaction across the Back Market platform.
• Build strong, lasting relationships to ensure seamless platform integration and top-notch satisfaction throughout their journey.
• Lead strategy calls, deliver impactful business reviews, and conduct onsite visits that are tailored to your sellers’ needs and business models.
• Identify opportunities, tackle challenges head-on, and develop winning action plans that elevate the seller experience.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to push non-Smartphones categories like marketing activations or product improvements

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

• You are fluent in french and english
• Have a strong sales mindset with 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management position
• Are passionate about e-commerce, understanding the ins and outs of growing an online business and the KPIs that matter.
• Have proven project management experience and are able to coordinate between teams
• Bring an analytical edge – experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus, but having the drive to learn and master analytics is key.
• Are proactive, energetic, and ready to shine in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
