This is your chance to be at the forefront of a talent revolution.Your RoleLead the charge in building a high-impact pipeline, engaging with industry leaders, and closing transformative deals that drive exceptional results for both Handshake and our clients.Generate scalable revenue and consistently surpass target quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.Develop and nurture deep, strategic relationships with senior executives (Director, VP, and C-suite) to build long-term partnerships.Collaborate with innovative teams across Handshake, including Customer Success, Product, Insights, and Leadership, contributing to our strategic vision and growth.Conduct valuable market research, sharing industry-specific insights and trends that benefit both customers and internal teams.Craft compelling Business Value Narratives with qualitative and quantitative ROI models that resonate with decision-makers.Own the sales process end-to-end, from pipeline generation to deal closure and relationship expansion, ensuring accountability and transparency.Design tailored proposals and executive briefings for HR and business leaders at key target companies, addressing their unique challenges and objectives.Your Experience:Required Experience:Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, particularly with large enterprises or FTSE 100 clients.Enterprise Sales Expertise: Consultative sales experience with business leaders, skilled in crafting ROI-driven value propositions and managing complex deals.Strategic Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish and maintain influential relationships with senior executives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven success in working with internal teams (Customer Success, Insights, Leadership) to deliver tailored solutions.Market and Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry trends and emerging talent recruitment strategies.Sales Operations Mastery: Proficient in sales pipeline management, performance reporting, and forecasting.Customer Success and Growth: Experience in driving customer adoption and managing upsell opportunities within enterprise accounts.Preferred Qualifications:Multiple years of B2B SaaS sales experienceExceptional presentation and communication skillsBackground in selling to FTSE 100 or large enterprisesExperience in high-growth or start-up environmentsBonus Areas of ExpertiseIn-depth knowledge of how recruiting marketplaces work-and the ability to explain it in simple, relatable termsEstablished relationships with key HR decision-makers at national and global companiesFor cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.
