We are looking for a career-minded individual who is focused on expanding their management experience in a rapidly growing organization.Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $70,400 to $88,000 based on a 35-hour work week. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the health benefits industry as an account manager

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills

• BONUS! GBA or CEBS designation will be considered an asset

• Support Group Benefit Consultants in effectively managing, servicing, and retaining an assigned block of group client accounts from initial contract phase to the post-sale service and renewal phase of the client relationship

• Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
• Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
• Have an inexhaustible curiosity to stay at the forefront of the insurance industry
• Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads
• Work closely with our industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients

• Always uphold a client-first focus through the claims process
• Market surveys on new and existing groups
• Mentor and train coordinators
