This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing management accounts, preparing year-end accounts, handling VAT returns, and advising on personal tax matters.You will also engage directly with clients to discuss financial statements and tax planning strategies. • Review and preparation of management accounts, year-end accounts, and VAT returns.
• Handling personal tax matters, including self-assessment tax returns.
• Meeting with clients over Zoom to discuss financial performance and tax planning.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Providing professional financial guidance and support to clients.

Accountant Job Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (AAT or ACCA).
• Experience working in an accountancy practice is essential
• 5-7 years post qualification experience
• Strong personal tax knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Accountant Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 – £45,000
