This is how we hope to describe the Senior Accountant who will soon join Dataiku to help us build out our finance and accounting teams in EMEA and globally.Responsibilities:

• Participate in month-end close process and meet deadlines
• Prepare and record monthly transactions to support the G/L close
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Work with third-party accounting/tax firms to ensure the completion of Financial Statements, Tax return,s and VAT returns for our legal entity
• Work with FP&A to identify and explain fluctuations in monthly financial information
• Work with and support the revenue accounting team
• Support the annual year-end audit and any regulatory or tax audits
• Work with and support international accounting teams
• Support tax projects and tax accounting
• Support the financial reporting processes for internal and external reporting
• Assist in setting up processes and procedures for new international entities
• Perform ad hoc projects for management
• Participate in system implementations, improvements, and upgrades

Qualifications:

• BS or above degree in Accounting
• French Gaap required
• 5+ years experience, Big 4 experience preferred
• Able to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
• Able to work on a team and independently to deliver results
• Netsuite experience required
• International exposure is a plus
• SEC exposure is a plus
