We’d love you to join us on our journey.About the roleA key marketing role in our drive to diversify our channel mix and find new Customer audiences for Carwow UK.As the Partner & Affiliate Marketing Manager you will be expected to develop and optimise our strategy for key partners in the UK market. You will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with existing partners and developing new relationships with affiliates and strategic partners.To be successful in this role, you will need experience in affiliate marketing and a strong understanding of the UK market. You should also be able to communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing. As this is a data-driven role, you will also need to be analytical and comfortable working with data.You will own the implementation and management of affiliate programs with direct partners and the coordination of cross-product partnerships that drive customer growth and revenue to both Carwow and our partners, whilst expanding Carwow Group’s affiliate network. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing team, and Strategic Partnerships.What you’ll be doingOwn and Drive Growth Through Carwow’s Affiliate Network.We’re looking for a highly proactive and results-oriented leader to spearhead our Affiliate Marketing program. As Partnership & Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’ll be the architect of our affiliate strategy, building and nurturing a network that fuels Carwow’s growth in the UK.

  • Strategic Partnership Architect: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with Carwow’s overall business objectives. This includes identifying and recruiting high-performing partners, negotiating lucrative deals, and fostering long-term, win-win relationships.
  • Driver of Performance: Oversee the entire affiliate program lifecycle, from partner recruitment and onboarding to ongoing performance optimisation. You’ll leverage data analytics (A/B testing, KPI optimisation) to continuously improve program effectiveness and maximise partner revenues and ROI.
  • Data-Driven Leader: Analyse campaign performance using various in-house and platform tracking technologies to identify improvement opportunities and develop data-driven strategies for maximising program impact.
  • Content & Creative Powerhouse: Work closely with our Commercial and Brand Marketing teams to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience and drive partner engagement. You’ll also ensure all partner-facing content and advertising materials are up-to-date and optimised for conversions.
  • Affiliate Network Growth: Expand Carwow’s affiliate network independently, identifying and recruiting strategic partners who perfectly align with our brand values and target audience. Nurture existing partnerships by strengthening relationships with key online platforms, partners and publishers to maximise their performance.
  • Reporting & Communication Ace: Regularly update the business on program performance and produce bespoke reports for our affiliate partners. You’ll clearly communicate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences, including executives and external partners.

What you’ll need

  • Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing affiliate programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking technologies, and affiliate program management best practices.
  • Expertise with industry-leading affiliate platforms (AWIN, Impact, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimise KPIs to drive program growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster strong partnerships with a diverse network of affiliates and build internal relationships.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies with clarity and impact.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to drive projects and initiatives independently.
