Everyday.The OpportunityJoin Ogury’s dynamic R&D team, comprising ~130 professionals across 18 Squads within 7 Tribes, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers. As the third member of the Program Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Agile practices, enhance cross-team collaboration, and promote data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced and innovative environment.What you will do :

• Animate the Scrum Master community (engineers dedicating part of their workload to Scrum Mastering their Squad)
• Evangelize and conduct regular assessment of SDLC, Roadmapping and Scrum enforcement practices
• Identify, document and promote additional practices worthy of cross-pollination
• Help explain those practices to the R&D leadership team when needed.
• Onboard new Squads/newcomers to Jira and how we practice Scrum
• Amend, feed, interpret and define action plans from Engineering Excellence metrics and KPIs from Jira / GitHub / Jenkins
• Help implement DORA, its mindset and metrics along the Accelerate approach
• Improve the self-inspection, continuous improvement and transparency mindset through consistent Retrospectives and effective Reviews, performance metrics analysis…
• Strengthen cross-team communication. Due to our tech stack and organisation, there are siloted teams and others facing heavy dependency management.
• Assist Product & Engineering leadership on packaging of initiatives and data-driven prioritization

What you will bring :

• Technical Skillsets:
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), engineering best practices, excellence, and quality measurement.
• Proficient with the Scrum framework (SM1 certified) and waterfall-based approaches.
• Expertise in Jira Scrum or Kanban-related features, ideally with a deep understanding of Jira Structure and JQL.

• Analytical Skills:
• Appetite for data cleanliness and analysis.
• Ability to interpret and define action plans from metrics and KPIs.

• Soft Skillsets:
• Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Consensual yet assertive when needed.
