Work on the development of training material, content and delivering training designed to develop capabilities required to deliver Jaguar Land Rover’s strategic objectives. Ensuring the programme teams are kept up to speed on any changes to process within the business and supporting with training of new programme team members. A key area of the role will be to create training to support the growth and development within the team.WHAT TO EXPECT:Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Work on the design and creation of training materials that support learning and development initiatives to support the achievement of Jaguar Land Rover’s strategic objectives
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to implement the training strategy to develop programme material appropriate to the strategic and tactical needs of the business
  • Support the design theory and practical activities to simplify and convey complex learning technologies
  • Project manage the development of training content and material (e.g. updated competencies, training courses, online learning modules, assessment processes) using in house resources ensuring training strategy and standards are delivered
  • Work on the development of relevant classroom and practical activities that engage participants
  • Use Computer Assisted data and software tools to create graphics/animations to support the subject matter
  • Pilot training modules that support objectives and training deliverables
  • Project development of the calendar and status reviews with stakeholders at agreed milestones
  • Ensure quality of content is achieved and supports learning outcomes
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a similar role in Training content development with a premium Marque
  • Competent in MS software packages
  • Knowledgeable in Learning and Development methodologies (e.g. competencies, adult learning principles)
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • A customer first mindset; easy to do business with and dependable.
