EC LondonWe have a very exciting opportunity with a design-led commercial practice that is assembling a team for a 330-unit mixed-use residential project going to site. They are bringing together an existing team while adding a specialist delivery expert, along with hiring an architecture façade specialist.With excellent relationships with a design-led developer, this is an exciting time for the practice as they build their delivery team, especially with two more schemes reaching delivery stages in 2025.I am eager to speak with Architects that have: –

• Proven construction experience
• Strong multi-unit residential expertise
• Revit proficiency, with BIM Level 2 being advantageous
• Facade experience

This company operates a hybrid model with four days in the office and one day remote.
