Job DescriptionFRAME are working with a busy London based Design & Build studio who are looking to hire an ARB Project Architect or Senior Architectural Technician, to join them on an initial 6 month contract duration. The studio work across Commercial, Hospitality and Residential projects, covering fit outs, JCT contracts and some Listed building project also.They are looking for someone to have a focus on the technical later stages, they need someone very confident with AutoCAD, extensive on site experience, confidence liaising with contractors/ clients and external parties. The role will include hands on technical detailing as well as technical coordination and overseeing also, most likely will include bi weekly site visits.Requirements:

• UK based Commercial, Hospitality or Residential project experience
• On site experience and client management
• AutoCAD or Revit proficiency
• UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisation background

Studio:
The overall company are a smaller scale but very busy D&B Studio based in Battersea, they are ideally looking for someone to be fully office based with site visits however may have the odd working from home day if needed. The contract is 6 months initially however may be extended. They are able to pay LTD or Umbrella payment methods.
