Your responsibilities include:Collaboration and Growth:Actively participate in user request processing, collaborate on feature development with Product Managers, and contribute to the team’s skill enhancement. Encourage continuous improvement and autonomy within the team.Code Quality Champion:Ensure code quality within the team through rigorous practices such as code review, pair programming, and adherence to clean code principles.Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to elevate the coding standards across the team.Technical Leadership:Shine as a beacon of technical leadership within your team.Make impactful technical decisions that enhance team performance and implement them effectively in day-to-day operations. Foster an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Hiring and Onboarding:Play a pivotal role in the hiring process, contributing to the selection of diverse and talented individuals. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new team members, ensuring they feel welcome, supported, and quickly integrated into the team culture.Mentorship and Skill Development:Act as a mentor to software developers, guiding them in their professional growth.Develop and implement mentorship programs that support the ongoing learning and development of team members.
