We need a skilled web designer to lead projects that bring our products to life through interactive and engaging digital experiences. Because we are light on process here at Circuit, you’ll need to be able to work independently, interpret briefs with little context, and be happy to ask for and give great feedback.
There’s plenty of exciting new design work to tackle! Our brand is constantly evolving and has no strict guidelines, so you’ll work intuitively with the current brand and help it grow.
Our Co-founders are in different countries, and our team is spread across Europe, Brazil, and Canada. We don’t have an office!
It gives us task flexibility and work-life balance. Minimal meetings allow you to focus on deep work and get things done.
Without outside investment, we are free to make our own decisions.
Work at Circuit for at least one year, vests over 5 years.
Paid in January and pro-rated to your start date in your joining year.

We are a fully remote, independent and profitable company made up of experienced, talented people. We hire globally across time zones from UTC -5 to UTC +2 and currently have people based in Europe, South America, and Canada.
Back in 2017, we saw an issue with last-mile delivery—it was too complicated and stressful for drivers. Circuit started a mission to change that by choosing to develop an app that put the driver and their customers first.
We were astounded by the response we received. Within our first year, we had almost 1,000 customers, $100k in ARR, and a team consisting of our two co-founders, Jack and Pol. Today, we now help more than 100,000 drivers deliver over 1bn packages worldwide (about 20 a second!), $20m ARR, and a lean team of ~40.
Joining our Marketing Design team, you’ll lead the design and production of new website pages to communicate our products effectively to our B2B and B2C customers. You’ll collaborate with our developers to bring your designs to life, and our Marketing team to deliver visual materials like emails, screenshots, and other user-facing communication.
You’ll also play a key role in localizing assets, ensuring our brand resonates across different markets worldwide. Working closely with the Marketing Design team, you’ll help create and maintain our brand guidelines, keeping our visual identity consistent and compelling.
Partnering with the wider Circuit team, you’ll design assets supporting various projects and initiatives. By communicating design decisions clearly and iterating based on feedback and data, you’ll deliver beautiful, high-quality designs.
The hiring process for this role consists of five stages and takes around three weeks. Because we are a fully remote company, every meeting will be via video call (Zoom or Hangouts). At every step, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and make sure we are the right choice for you.

You’ll meet our Marketing Design Lead, Alex, and take her through your portfolio, selecting projects that showcase your skills for designing interactive web experiences.
At this stage, we will send you a brief for a design test project designed to show us how you approach a challenge and give you a taste of the type of work you’ll be doing! It should take you around 8 hours, and we’ll pay you for your time
Chat about your design project and get to know the marketing design team and how they work, again with Alex, who will be joined by Senior Marketing Designer, Tasha.
You’ll have a 30-minute final video call with our Founder and CEO, Jack, an informal chat, and an opportunity to meet.
