You can also find out more about our approach to .If we receive a high volume of relevant applications, we may close the advert earlier than the advertised date, so please apply as soon as you can.What you’ll be doingYou will create business processes and solutions to support the development of workflow and case management solutions, carry out day to day support of operational and project teams focusing on the project tools.You will be accountable for conducting detailed As-Is and To-Be process work, this will include reviewing or documenting existing As Is processes and developing To-Be process maps and documentation with the ability to design new or optimise processes and ways of working.You will deliver explicit, quantifiable and testable requirements through elicitation, documentation, validation and management of requirements. You will maintain the traceability of business requirements to the solution, with the status and ownership communicated to relevant stakeholders.You will also collaborate with colleagues inside and outside of the Remediation CoE ensuring that work is delivered on time, to the required quality and aligning to the CoE principles. You will need to be proactive and to develop positive working relationships with your key stakeholders, so things are done in the most efficient way.Line and / or Task management of Business Analysts, you will excel in your ability to develop team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment with a hands-on approach and to include performance management.About youAs a minimum, you must have:

• Proven experience of working as a Senior Business Designer/Senior Business Analyst
• Experience of undertaking and managing business design activities, using different methodologies, tools and techniques across multiple projects and workstreams
• Extensive experience of requirements elicitation, documentation, conducting a review cycle and traceability
• Expert in carrying out Business Analysis activities, Process Mapping and Gap Analysis
• Experience of line management; coaching, mentoring and performance management of Business Designers/Business Analysts
• The ability to manage personal and team workload effectively across multiple, demanding and occasionally conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders at various levels including identifying, engaging, managing expectations and communicating with confidence

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in the business design of workflow and case management solutions
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform to deliver business solutions
• Experience of using collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence
• A wide span of knowledge on Nationwide’s products and processes
• Professional qualification in business design, such as ISEB/BCS modules or diploma
