Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, create detailed documentation for handover, and ensure the technical teams develop solutions that align with business goals. This role also entails ongoing guidance and support to both developers and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful system implementation.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to fully understand requirements for essential business systems and produce clear, robust documentation for the development team.Process Analysis: Identify and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure the solution meets quality standards.Product Ownership: Take ownership of the development lifecycle for key components, from inception to successful deployment within the business environment.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert, supporting stakeholders throughout the development, testing, management, and change phases, ensuring alignment and smooth adoption of new systems.Project and Resource Coordination: Engage with cross-functional teams, including developers, technical leads, and other business analysts, to ensure developed solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.Risk Management: Proactively report any risks or issues in the programme RAID and contribute to the development of solutions to mitigate them.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring their effective performance and development.Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a critical link between teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all phases of system development.Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.Key Qualifications:Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including implementation and customization.Strong foundation in business process modeling and analysis techniques.Proficiency with Power BI and client-facing portals.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Preferable, experience in a Business Analyst leadership role or managing a team of analysts.Capable of challenging assumptions and driving solutions without causing disruption.Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse teams.Self-starter who is proactive and comfortable working remotely.If you have a passion for delivering high-quality business systems, a solid background in Dynamics 365, and a commitment to enhancing stakeholder engagement, we encourage you to apply and help shape the future of our business systems.What Altus Group offers:
