You’ll work closely with the business, collaborating through workshops, one-on-ones and brainstorming sessions to transform high-level ideas into solid, well-defined requirements that can drive real change and results.This is a hybrid role, requiring some presence in our Exeter based Head Office.More about this roleWhat you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the Requirements Group Lead to deliver business analysis services, supporting Cuckoo’s exciting Programme of Change.
• Work with the business to turn big-picture outcomes into clear actionable requirements – whether it’s through technical design or project delivery.
• Help stakeholders get a clear grasp of their needs, guiding them through initiatives that can be fully explored and shaped to achieve specific outcomes.
• Use your toolkit of processes and tools to turn complex challenges into simple, digestible statements everyone can rally behind.

You should apply if you have:

• Proven experience in the telecommunications and broadband sectors (preferable)
• A significant level of experience in business analysis and/or business process re-engineering, with solid leadership experience.
• A good level of experience with tools like Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams using Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Relevant business or process qualifications (e.g., BABOK, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM)
