The postholder will also lead a team of Business Change and Digital Training specialists at grades B2 and B1.This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established team.   • Experience of strategic thinking, working and exercising judgment and decision making in complex, fast paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills. Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge and experience of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle.
