DESCRIPTIONThe preferred location for this role is London, but we also accept candidates from Munich, Milan, or Madrid.We are looking for a Senior Business development manager to join our EU Creators team, supporting the growth of the Amazon Influencer Program (AIP) in Europe.The candidate will be responsible of establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with Influencer networks, agencies and platforms to grow Amazon Influencer Program footprint in the Creators industry. The primary objective is to drive scaled recruitment and engagement of Creators in our program by amplifying its visibility and awareness in the Creator industry through collaborative efforts with third-party partners. The aim is to establish our Programs as a pivotal point of reference within the Creator economy across Europe.The ideal candidate is a business development manager with experience in performance marketing and interest in Social media landscape, who is customer obsessed, data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment such as the Creators industry.This candidate is comfortable working independently, excellent at communicating with stakeholders regularly, and collaborates well with cross-functional partners across Creators teams, PR, tech, etc. This role requires working at the strategic level to identify growth opportunities for Europe, and consistently delivering at the tactical level by executing and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic and partner engagement data, and delivering program growth.Key job responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with key influencer networks, agencies, and platforms across Europe to drive scaled recruitment and engagement of Creators in the Amazon Influencer Program.
  • Drive scaled recruitment and engagement of Creators in our program, increasing its visibility and awareness in the Creator industry through third-party partnerships.
  • Utilize data-driven analytical approaches to prioritize opportunities, assess business impact, and regularly report progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders, including key performance metrics such as sign-ups and revenue per active creator
  • Define and implement incentive plans and commission structures for partners, ensuring growth is achieved within established financial investment framework
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at advancing best practice sharing, process refinement, and generating innovative ideas for marketing strategies in collaboration with Amazon internal teams (e.g., Creators teams, PR, tech, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with Amazon internal teams to provide support for strategic Amazon businesses and growth initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Experience in a professional field or military
– Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
– Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
– Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
– Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
