About the RoleThis is a new role supporting our Integrated Reablement Service or Supported Living Service who deliver essential care to individuals in their own homes or people who live with a learning disability or autism in Surrey.We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Business Support Assistant to join our AWHP team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive business support to our regulated services, with a focus on health and safety activities.On a day to day basis you will be involved in the following:

  • Coordinating and recording health and safety data
  • Monitoring training activities
  • Reporting on key performance indicators
  • Managing meeting administration
  • Supporting operational teams to implement and maintain business records, systems and processes
  • Providing cover across other regulated services when required
  • Working with others in the service collecting, reconciling, and reporting on performance data

Shortlisting CriteriaTo be considered for shortlisting for this position, your application will clearly evidence the following:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Experience of working in a busy environment providing support
  • Competency in a range of IT tools, with experience of interpreting and processing data
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Willingness to work flexibly and the ability to travel within the county
  • Some knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation
