** Multiple jobs available**Following funding approval for our clinical pharmacy service for the medical division we have a number of posts available for a Pharmacy Technician who would like to gain experience working on the wards at Royal Stoke Hospital.This is a very exciting time for the pharmacy department due to the implementation of EPMA in 2025 and the installation of a new state of the art dispensing robot.We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Technician with an interest in delivering exceptional care for our patients.This post is a band 4/5 Senior Clinical Pharmacy Technician development opportunity. Depending on the initial skill set and experience of the candidate they will either be employed directly at band 5 level or will complete relevant training at band 4 level. Upon successful completion of the training and evaluation, the post holder will automatically become Senior Clinical Pharmacy Technician (band 5).We pride ourselves on supporting individuals with their own career journey and our retention of staff proves this.Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will be a key member of the clinical pharmacy team by facilitating the implementation, monitoring, and reporting for pharmacy and a wide range of medicines-related activities in each clinical specialty.
