About the roleAs part of the Professional Services Team, reporting to the Consulting Manager, you will be working alongside a team of Technical Consultants and Project Managers to help large and complex non-profit organisations transform their business through the implementation of new Blackbaud software, or the optimisation of existing Blackbaud solutions.You will act as the client-facing Blackbaud representative and fundraising subject matter expert throughout the client relationship lifecycle; identifying and researching business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Senior Consultants understand business workflows, are innovative with problem-solving and have analytical conflict resolution skills, creating optimised solutions or our customers.What you’ll be doingDelivering client facing workshops for customers with new, or existing Blackbaud softwareGathering and analysing information and using it to develop effective solutions to difficult problems; devising workable solutions; proactively raising risks and implementing fixesInvestigating and anticipating customers’ current and future needsMediating to reach agreements where there is difference of opinion between stakeholdersCompleting system design workshops; data mapping; supporting user acceptance testing (UAT); functionality testing; workflow design; best practice improvements; data health checks; data quality testing; data migrations (imports/exports); database configuration and supporting customers going through organisational changeWhat we need from youExperience managing CRM Solutions in the non-profit sector or in a professional services settingComplex problem solving and analytical skills and ability to multitask on concurrent projectsUnderstanding of fundraising systems, workflows, best practices and how they enhance fundraising activities with knowledge of some /all the following programs – Major Giving, Prospect Research, Direct Marketing, Planned Giving, Events, and Volunteer ManagementExperience with Blackbaud CRM Solutions including Raiser’s Edge NXT (preferred)Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)#LI-REMOTEStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on , , , andBlackbaud is a remote-first company which embraces a flexible remote work culture.
