Grade C: £31,373 (National Framework) or £36,775 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home. As a Senior Content Designer, you will be responsible for making sure all our users find our information clear, concise and correct. If you’re passionate about making tasks quicker to complete and complex guidance easier to understand, this could be the job for you.
You will be designing content for a range of users from the general public to providers of care services to stakeholders such as those working in policy, government or the media.
You will work in a friendly, hard-working team with other content designers, user researchers and performance analysts so you will take a user-centred design approach to your work.What you will bring…
To be a success in this role, you need to have strong experience of writing clear, concise and accurate content for a range of audiences.
You will understand the way people engage with information online and can design content accordingly. You should be comfortable using research and analytics to improve your content and you will be comfortable working with subject matter experts to check the accuracy of your work.
Experience of working with html, online forms, newsletters or Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage.What we can offer you…
