As we enter a massive phase of growth, we are looking for a strong leader who can own our visual expression and ensure it comes to life with scale while maintaining brand integrity. This person will be a creative thinker who has an eye for detail and understands the nuances of the luxury space. As well, they will be good at managing complex projects that span channels, teams and stakeholders. They will possess strong leadership qualities with a passion for people development.What you’ll do:Define creative strategy across activities and platformsElevate global brand creative output across campaigns, activities, branded initiatives, identity and eventsSupervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, and content researchers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverablesProduce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiencesDevelop best-in-class creative process and resource strategies for projects both in-house and externally based on business strategy and roadmapPrioritise work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with marketing strategists, designers, copywriters, and production artistsExecute project deliverables on-time and on-budgetInfluence and collaborate with cross-functional and regional executive teammates across multiple countries and timezonesWhat we’re looking for:Experience in creating luxury marketing and advertising campaigns — from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budgetExperience in creating integrated visual brand identity across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, app and OOH (Out of Home)Experience leading a team of diverse, talented creativesExperience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and IllustratorExperience with Figma and other key design toolsStrong creative vision, with an eye on business objectivesWe are committed to creating a level playing field and seek to create teams that are representative of our customers and the communities we serve.
