If you thrive on solving complex problems, analyzing large datasets, and translating insights into compelling stories, we want to hear from you!Your primary focus will be user engagement, but you’ll also collaborate with teams across monetization, marketing, and trust & safety, working alongside data analysts in those areas.You’ll lead experimentation efforts, designing and analyzing A/B tests to enhance user retention and product performance. Partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and Data Engineers, you’ll translate data into actionable strategies and present insights to executives to drive high-impact decisions.As part of Match Group, you’ll also connect with data professionals across other leading dating brands, gaining exposure to industry best practices and expanding your expertise.So, what will you do?

$116,000 – $130,000 a yearFactors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
