DescriptionSenior Development Accountant base up to $110k/yearBenefits:

• Base salary up to $110,000/year
• 10% annual bonus
• Paid health, dental, and vision insurance
• Hybrid work set up – 3 days in-office and 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting for multiple development projects
• Reconcile project costs to the general ledger and prepare capital forecasts
• Maintain and update project budgets, ensuring all changes are properly approved
• Oversee financial management for a few operational assets
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting
• Experience in both development and property accounting is highly desirable
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager and ERP systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
