In this role, you will be an integral part of both the UKI and EMEA Marketing Teams, leveraging your digital expertise to drive local customer awareness, acquisition and growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for building the digital strategy, measuring performance across our portfolio of digital marketing programs, championing regional best practices to identify and implement innovative new ways to improve the customer experience.As an experienced, executional marketer that is both creative and analytical, you stay connected to the details, challenging assumptions and continually testing based on data-driven insights. In this role, you will employ a heavy bias towards automation, striving for scalable efficiency, whilst ensuring customer experience is of the highest quality.The role requires you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement the optimal customer engagement strategy.

- Own, develop and drive the digital marketing strategy for UK & Ireland with a focus on
awareness, acquisition, activation and demand generation.
- Utilise marketing automation to deliver marketing programs aligned to key commercial prioritises and segments for the UKI business.
- Own the digital customer journey ensuring it’s connected to the wider marketing programs and look for opportunities to improve and innovate.
- Analyse digital channel performance metrics and insights to inform future marketing strategies and plans.
- Partner with global and EMEA AWS marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency with global practices, and to influence development and optimization of global practices based on UKI priorities.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital assets for example: email, landing page, and marketing activity program templates in Marketo, Adobe CQ and other martech tools.
- Identify and share best practices for audience targeting and database hygiene, email/digital marketing strategy, events, tracking instrumentation, and digital channel measurement.
- Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with Field Marketing stakeholders to ensure clarity on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for digital channels.
